We are delighted to have welcomed so many Wishfullers to our Al Fresco Beer Experience over the last few days. Whilst often sunny and bright there has been a definite nip in the air at times. And it has only been the brave who have made it past sunset whilst sipping on a sublime scoop or two of the Steady Rolling Man.

We are also cock-a-hoop to let you know that we will now be closing at 10pm Midweek and on Sunday and 11pm at Weekends (both with 30 minutes drinking up) as we move ever closer to the holy grail of opening up the bar to drink inside from 17th May.

That date is of course predicated on continued progress in defeating the virus. So please stay mindful of all Covid social distancing measures when visiting Wishful. It’s a pain we know but we have got this far. In particular we are only licenced for three tables outside each with 4 seats. We cannot add more tables or more seats to a table at present. We will come to your table to take your order and if you do need to nip inside to choose a can or visit the loo please pop your face covering on. Thank you.
