Over what has been nearly three years and through thick and thin Wishful has somehow managed to establish a solid retail sales base in our physical store for the consumption of good beer both on and off the premises.

So now it’s time to push to the next stage in WD’s development with the introduction of online good beer sales initially for “click and collect” orders but with the potential for National deliveries in the future.

What are we thinking about we hear you ask!! Well, with around 200 beer and cider bottles/cans in stock why not try and spread the Wishfulness to a wider audience? And now with eight draft craft beers as well as our traditional ciders and cask ales available too we wanted to respond to the various requests we have had for online ordering.

And we have some really exciting plans including a monthly beer subscription service which will include, but will not be limited to, the following options (PS watch this space for the full subscription range coming your way):

• The Beer Geek subscription which will satisfy all of your beer cravings!! This monthly box will feature a spectacular selection of Wishfuls finest fresh and fragrant bottles and cans handpicked by your expert WD Bar Staff

• The Beer Gourmand subscription. Do you like your craft beer with something to nibble on? Avoid beer hunger with the Beer Gourmand subscription. This monthly package will include a handpicked selection of the best bottles and cans plus a savoury snack and a personalised food menu based on our Gourmand questionnaire. Why pair beer and food via guesswork when you can sit back and relax and let us do the hard work instead?
