This is a unique one-off celebration beer with only 1000 litres of this 8.5% Barley Wine being made. The beer has a massive 75kg of fresh blackcurrants in the mix along with the excellent Maris Otter malt from Warminster, Wiltshire to provide the backbone. Added to this is a hefty dose of whole leaf Ekuanot, Summit and Bramling Cross hops, whilst the whole thing hasbeen finished by ageing on French oak. What could be better for imbibers Besotted by Beer?
